Click the box or drag your PDFs onto it. You can add more later without starting again.
Drag any file up or down using the handle. The merged document follows this order exactly.
Press Merge PDFs. Your combined file is ready to download in a few seconds.
Most documents arrive in pieces. A scanned ID comes as three separate files, a tender submission wants one attachment rather than nine, an invoice and its supporting receipts belong together, and a signed contract is usually the agreement plus a signature page someone photographed on their phone.
Merging turns those pieces into a single document that opens once, prints once and emails once. It is the difference between attaching one file to a form and being told the form only accepts one file.
This tool is different from most of the ones on this site, and it is worth being straight about it. Tools like our word counter and JSON formatter run entirely inside your browser and never send anything anywhere. Merging PDFs is not one of those — it needs to open and rewrite the document structure, which is more than a browser can do reliably across every PDF it might be handed.
So your files are uploaded over an encrypted connection, merged on our server, and the originals are deleted as soon as the merged file has been produced. The merged file itself is available on a private download link that expires. Nothing is read, indexed or kept for any other purpose.
If a document is confidential enough that it must never leave your machine, use a desktop application instead. That is honest advice, and it applies to every online PDF tool, not only this one.
